As the proprietors of Loftus Construction, Jim and John Loftus have been building and renovating properties—for themselves and a host of loyal clients—for more than 30 years. Growing up in a house built in 1816, the brothers honed their skills and developed a strong work ethic helping their father repair his buildings. Today, they bring those same traits to Cascade Properties, not only leading each stage of renovation and design, but also personally managing all their residential and commercial spaces.
